Architectural and Structural Design

Every client has different requirements, and as such we have a flexible team of designers and architects to deliver quality designs– a crucial foundation for delivering a high performance data centre solution.

Structural

Our structural engineers produce design solutions for all types of building and infrastructure projects irrespective of their size or complexity. We recognise that every project has a unique set of constraints and objectives including: budget, design concept and flexibility.

Using the latest design software we are able to develop and demonstrate a number of design options. CAD modelling can help to demonstrate how the components of a design work together.

Project Management

The service provided by our qualified project managers is bespoke and flexible, tailored for each client and project. High standards are set for delivery, quality, sustainability and safety and our PM’s are encouraged to find the most cost effective method of delivering projects whilst minimising risk.

The project manager is involved at all stages of the project from concept to completion and post-contract care. They work closely with both STULZ-TI’s Installation team and the client to ensure the project runs to schedule and budget whilst maximising client satisfaction.
