STULZ-TI’s load bank hire service is an affordable way to conduct integrated systems testing prior to Data Centre rack population.

Overview

Load banks mimic the operational load of servers and other IT equipment in the Data Centre in a contained and fully-controllable manner. This ensures your Data Centre is able to provide effective cooling and power to your valuable IT hardware before populating the Data Centre.

We stock a wide variety of load banks which can be configured according to your testing requirements, delivered and even installed on site where required.

Industry Standard

Our load bank hire service makes use of industrially constructed equipment designed to meet the rigorous demands of frequent hire, from a small 30kW resistive load bank, through to a major 50MVA Resistive-Reactive high voltage package.

Smaller canopied AC Resistive and DC units have either forklift bases or wheels for ease of loading and movement on site, whilst our larger AC Resistive and Resistive-Reactive units are packaged in ISO style containers (Lloyds Register Approved) for safe handling onto trailers and container ships alike.

Voltage Range

Our load banks are designed to operate across a range of voltages and frequencies from 220V to 690V and from 3.3kV up to 36kV – with the addition of our containerised step-down transformers.

Rack Mounted

STULZ-TI offer load bank hire of 19″ rack mount type or traditional portable simulators. The rack mounted load banks simulate the use of servers and offer a very accurate testing environment. By replicating the heat load accurately and in the correct position, you can be sure the system will be tested as per the designed as the airflow is moving as intended.
