Remote Monitoring

Some clients prefer to hand over the monitoring of their Data Centre to STULZ-TI. With our remote monitoring centre manned 24/7 we remotely access your Data Centre via a secure VPN, look at trends and, using a traffic-light system monitor the change of vital parameters.

DCFMS

Using our Data Centre Facilities Management Software (DCFMS) we are able to remotely monitor in real time: rack power, temperature and humidity, leak detection and a variety of other environmental data. By monitoring operating parameters, STULZ-TI can ensure any issues that arise are dealt with promptly and effectively.

Options

STULZ-TI remote monitoring allows the user to see the operation of their Data Centres from anywhere in the world.

STULZ-TI remote monitoring works in conjunction with the STULZ Service Portal. Abnormal conditions indicating critical faults can be passed directly to your site maintainers, whilst less critical faults can be managed by scheduling a maintenance visit during office hours. With comprehensive history records we can trap faults before they affect your operations.
